This feature is available beginning in FTD Mercury X3 Fall.

When you accept a proposal, the status of the proposal changes to accepted. This allows you to create orders based on the proposal. You should only accept a proposal once you have confirmation from the customer.

To accept a proposal:

  1. Use the Event Dashboard to locate the proposal and click on it in the results. The Event Setup screen opens.
  2. Click the Proposal button. The Proposal screen opens.
  3. Click Accept.
