This feature is available beginning in FTD Mercury X3 Fall.

You may need to edit an existing event location for many reasons. For example, during the initial consultation for the event, you may have only captured the bare minimum information about the location so you could concentrate on products instead. Regardless, it is extremely easy to modify an existing event location after the event has been created.

To edit an existing event location:

  1. Using the Event Dashboard, locate the event with the location you want to modify and click the event. The Event Setup screen opens.
  2. Click the Locations button. The Locations screen opens.
  3. Click the location you want to edit. Information about that location displays.
  4. Make your necessary changes to the location.
  5. Click Save.
