When you create orders from a proposal in Event Planner, you use a house account for that event. You have the option in the Accept Proposal screen to either create a new house account, or use an existing house account. If you use a new house account, you also have the option of preventing additional house charges on that account.
By having a house account as the payment mechanism, you then have the ability to generate statements for that account, as well as receive payments against the event. The house account for the event works exactly the same as other house accounts in your FTD Mercury system.
