FTD Florist Link is the online FTD Florist Directory and Facility Directory. You can use this to search for florists or facilities from FTD Mercury, Mercury Connect, or Mercury Direct. When selecting a filling florist for an order, you are in control of who gets your order based on your preferences and requirements (as opposed to allowing your Mercury system to autoselect a florist based on the recipient and product requested).
You can access FTD Florist Link from either the Florist Search buttons in Mercury Direct, Mercury Connect, or FTD Mercury, or from within an order in these systems. You can also access the Facility Search from the facility search buttons in each system. When you access Florist Link to search for a florist, you will see the Florist Link Florist Search window; accessing Florist Link to search for a facility will display the Florist Link Facility Search window.
When you search for a florist, the results list shows the florists who meet the selected search criteria. Each result includes both text and visual information about the florist presented as a listing.
Additionally, from the Florist Link Florist Search window, you can access Florist Link Administration, enabling you to configure settings related to your coverage, product pricing, advertising, and capacity.
