Florist Detail Window
Florist Detail Window

The Florist Detail window provides you with extensive information about a florist - going beyond what you can see in either the results list or in the Florist Hover. For example, you can see products and pricing information, notes about a florist, and the facilities the florist serves.

General Information

At the top of the window, basic information about the florist is displayed. This includes:

  • Florist name
  • Full florist address
  • Badges
  • Minimum order
  • Delivery fee
  • Whether the florist is open and delivering on Sunday
  • Days closed (excluding Sunday, which is assumed to be closed unless stated in Open and Delivering Sunday)
  • Reciprocity amount (the dollar value of orders sent to you by this florist in the last 45 days)

Special Listings & Florist Link Marketing Information

In the middle left side of the window, any Special Listing text and Florist Link Marketing information is displayed. You will only see Florist Link Marketing information if both the florist has purchased a special listing and if they have configured Florist Link Marketing in Florist Link Administration.

A Special Listing typically displays full store hours, professional qualifications, additional phone or fax numbers, and other information the florist wants you to see to potentially attract more orders. To the right of the special listing, a florist can choose to display up to four marketing statements from Florist Link Marketing in Florist Link Administration.

Below the Special Listing, a florist can display an upgrade offer. If you feel the upgrade offer contains inappropriate content, click the Report Inappropriate Content button to the right of the field to send a report to FTD.

If a florist has a Special Listing and chooses to share further information, you may see the florist's quality rating, delivery confirmation percentage, and first choice number.

  • Quality Rating - This is the florist's quality rating from the most recently completed rating cycle as reported on the florist's FTD statement. For information about how this value is calculated, see the Quality Star program on the FTDi website. As a point of reference, FTD sets a benchmark of 1.1 or less as criteria for receiving a Quality Star.
  • Delivery Confirmation Percentage - This is the percentage of ontime delivery confirmation messages (DCONs) sent by this florist over the last three completed months in accordance with the FTD Delivery Confirmation Program on FTDi.com.
  • First Choice # - This is the number of florists who have marked this florist as first choice in FTD Florist Link (and as First Choice in Mercury Direct 4.6). The higher the number, the more unique florists have decided that they want this florist to be at the top of the results list for this city.

Facilities Served

The Facilities Served area provides a list of all facilities the florist has reported to FTD that they serve. These can be hospitals, funeral homes, or nursing homes. The small buttons with the same icons as the associated badges allow you to toggle which facility types are displayed. By default, when all buttons are unselected, all facility types display. If you click one of the buttons, you can restrict the display to only that facility type.

Notes

These are notes that have been entered by your shop about the florist. In many cases, there will be no notes. Keep in mind that only your shop can see the notes you have entered.

Product Information

On the right side of the Florist Detail window, three areas provide you with information about the products the florist carries. The top box displays the product codes and names of each FTD codified holiday product the florist carries. The middle box displays the product codes and names for non-holiday FTD branded products that the florist carries. The bottom box shows the product codes, product types, and pricing for everyday products. Along with pricing for everyday products, the holiday indicator may appear if that product type's price varies during floral holidays. You can make real-time changes to everyday product pricing in Florist Link Administration.
