The Opt-Out report will allow you to run a report of customers that have asked to stop receiving notifications from you.
This report should be run prior to sending out notifications to customers to ensure that you have removed customers per their request.
No date range is needed for this report because it tells you everyone that has asked to be removed.
In order to run this report:
- Login to Web Portal and click on Reports at the top
- On the left, click on Marketing Reports
- In the center, select Opt-Out
- Input an e-mail address for the report to be sent to
- Click Fetch Report
