The incoming order will be an FOL IN order in Message Center, and will generate an FOL OUT order when it is sent to the vendor. If there are issues with the payment, the FOL IN message will still be in Message Center, but you will have to take action on it yourself.
Vendor-fulfilled WebGift products will be processed automatically (assuming payment is successful) regardless of your FOL settings for automatic order processing. |
If a product is set up on your FOL site for you to fill, you will receive an FOL IN message in Message Center, and will be handled according to your automatic order processing settings.
