Printing Ticket Search Results

To print Ticket Search results:

  1. On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click the Ticket Search button. The Ticket Search window opens. You can also open Ticket Search by clicking Lookup in Order Entry or Point of Sale.
  2. Enter your search parameters and click Search. The results list displays a list of tickets that match your parameters.
  3. If the More button is enabled, click it until it is disabled (ensuring your results list has the complete set of results for your entered parameters).
  4. Click Print List.
