Change Zone

You can change the delivery zone of an order from the Change Zone window. This window is accessed via the Change Zone menu item on the Create Routes window.
Field | Description |
Invoice No | The invoice number of the selected order. |
Current Zone | The current zone of the selected order. |
New Zone | A list of available zones to which the selected order can be changed. |
Changing an Order's Delivery Zone
While you are creating or editing delivery routes, you can change an order’s delivery zone. The order remains in the route; however, the delivery zone name changes in the list of orders.
To change an order's delivery zone:
- In the Create Routes window or Saved Routes window, right-click on the order in the Orders for Zone(s) list,
- Click Change Zone from the pop-up menu. The Change Zone window opens.
- From the New Zone list, select the new delivery zone.
- Click OK.
The order now appears under the new zone name.
