The Select Routing Progress window allows you to view routes that have been completed (that is, they have been created and may be underway or finished). You can select the date range for the routes by specifying the values for Date and Thru; the results will display the routes between these two dates.

The results list includes the following information:

Column Description
Route Name The name of the delivery route.
Driver The driver assigned to the route.
Truck The truck assigned to the route.
Time Left The time the truck left your shop for the route.
No of Orders The number of orders on the route. If an order is marked for redelivery, it will be removed from this route and not counted in this column.
Orders Delivered The number of orders delivered.
Orders Remaining The number of orders remaining to be delivered. If an order is marked for redelivery, it will be removed from this route and not be counted in this column.
Return Time The return time for the truck.
Status The route status can be one of the following:
  • On Truck: The delivery route has been completed. No changes have been made to the orders in the route (such as marked Delivered or Not Delivered).
    If you are working in the Select Routing Progress window, delivery routes with this status can be updated by selecting the route and then clicking Modify Route (you can add orders to the route, change the delivery order, etc.).
  • On Phone: The delivery route has been completed and you checked Download to phone when you completed the delivery route. No changes can be made delivery routes with this status.
  • In Progress: The delivery route has been created and you have made changes to the route, such as marked some orders Delivered or Not Delivered. No changes can be made to this delivery routes with this status.
  • Truck Returned: The Truck Return process for the delivery route has been completed. The orders in the route have all be marked Delivered or Not Delivered, either in the Mercury Delivery application or on the Wireless Delivery phone. No changes can be made to delivery routes with this status.
Date Routed The date the delivery route was created.

To see routes saved for another date, change the date in the Date field. To open up a route, select the check box next to that route and then click OK. The route opens in the Routing Progress Window.
