E-Mail Marketing with Mercury Webinar (Time: 1.5 hours)

This webinar session is 1 hour to an hour and half long and will cover the FTD Mercury E-Mail Marketing Wizard. Not every scenario will be covered but at the end of this webinar you will have enough information to be able to create a list of emails for:

  • Birthday Reminders
  • Anniversay Reminders
  • Holiday Reminders
  • Dormant Customers
  • New Customers
  • Top Customers

Using Constant Contact with Mercury Marketing Webinar

This webinar session will last roughly an hour to an hour and a half long. You will be able to see and follow along as we login into Constant Contact, upload (send) our email list to Constant Contact, and then go through the steps required to get an email sent off.

Constant Contact provides you the tools such as:

  • How many people reported your email as Spam
  • How many people choose to Opt-Out of your emails
  • How many people opened your email or clicked to go to your website

Also available are pre-written e-mails to save you time and can be linked with your FOL site for FOL subscribers.


Direct Mail Marketing Webinar (Time: 1.5 hours)

This webinar session is about 1 hour long and will cover the FTD Mercury Direct Mail Marketing Wizard. Direct Mail marketing has a higher cost associated with it when compared to E-Mail marketing. Not every scenario will be covered but at the end of this webinar you will have enough information to be able to create a list for:

  • Pre-Written Letters
  • Post Cards
  • Mailing Labels
  • Birthday Reminders
  • Anniversay Reminders
  • Holiday Reminders
  • Dormant Customers
