Design Pictures

Design Pictures are pictures of your designs that you take with the Logitech QuickCam camera or your own camera and upload to FTD Mercury using FTD FlowerCamâ„¢ technology. You can use design pictures to review each design to ensure that it reflects the quality and value that you expect. You can also refer to the pictures if a customer calls with a question. Finally, for orders that have come from the Mercury Network, you have the option to share the picture with the sending florist so they can see what you designed.
How-to Procedures
Attaching Design Pictures
You can attach pictures to product tickets in the Design Center window. This is particularly useful if your workflow includes taking a picture prior to marking the product as designed.
