Completing a Route from a Phone

  • As of FTD Mercury X3, FTD no longer supports Wireless Delivery Confirmation.
  • Both FTD Mercury Mobile (X3) and FTD Mercury Mobile Plus (X4) allow drivers to use their mobile Android and iPhone devices to mark orders as Delivered. See Confirming Orders for details.

You must mark your route complete when you are finished with your deliveries. If you do not mark your route complete, the orders will not be removed from the phone, and your route will still be “in progress” in Mercury Delivery. You will not be allowed to receive another route until the first route is complete.

To complete a route:

  1. In your jobs list, highlight Route Complete and then press Select.
  2. Highlight Status and then press Select.
  3. Highlight Complete and then press Select.
  4. Highlight Confirm Complete and then press Select.
