Once you locate a ticket in Ticket Search, you most likely want to open it up in Order Entry or Point of Sale. You may, for example, need to get additional information about the order, make changes to it, or cancel it. You can easily open up any ticket displaying in the Ticket Search results list.

To open a ticket from Ticket Search:

  1. On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click the Ticket Search button. The Ticket Search window opens. You can also open Ticket Search by clicking Lookup in Order Entry or Point of Sale.
  2. Enter your search parameters to locate the ticket and click Search.
  3. Double-click the ticket from the results list. If you opened Ticket Search from Order Entry or Point of Sale initially, you can also click Select once you have selected the ticket from the results list. Either Order Entry or Point of Sale opens, depending on where the order was originally entered. You can then work with the ticket as necessary.
