You should claim your business listing on Google Places. This will help Google identify your business so that it can be listed in search results. This is in addition to other listings that you may have completed, such as GetListed.org

In order to claim your business listing on Google Places:

  • Go to google.com/places
  • Click "Get Started"
  • Sign in to your google account. If you have not created one yet, click "Sign up for a new Google Account" at the top left.
  • Input your country and your business phone number.
  • Click "Find Business Information"

Your listing with Google Places will display. You can click edit to update the listing. Updates do require additional verification via mail or phone. This prevents any unauthorized changes to your listing.
