Refreshing Dashboard

The Dashboard refreshes automatically based on the polling interval set in the Advanced Settings screen in Mercury Administration. By default, this happens every 15 minutes. Likewise, the FTD Mercury Mobile Dashboard updates its information based on this polling interval.

You can see the last time the Dashboard was refreshed by looking at the title bar. The date and time of the last refresh is displayed to the right of the Dashboard icon and name.
