FTD Mercury Mobile Dashboard

The Dashboard in FTD Mercury Mobile enables you to access real-time information about your FTD Mercury system on your iPhone/iPod Touch or Android phone. Information here corresponds to the FTD Mercury Dashboard. If there are items that need your attention, the appropriate button will be lit (in color), and an indicator will be in the upper right corner of the button indicating how many of those items need your attention. Buttons will be disabled (grayed out) for items that do not need your attention.
If you are using FTD Mercury X4 or later, you must be logged into FTD Mercury Mobile as an admin to view the Dashboard screen.

Unlike in the Dasboard in FTD Mercury, the Mercury Messages button in the FTD Mercury Mobile Dashboard DOES NOT blink if an order has not been attached within the timeframe specified for Dashboard in FTD Mercury. |
Simply tap on the button to drill down into the issue. You can access the following screens from the associated buttons:
- Mercury Messages
- C.O.D. Orders
- Pickup Orders
- Undelivered Orders
- Declined Credit Cards
- Unauthorized Credit Cards
- Incomplete Transactions
- Filed Orders

The FTD Mercury Mobile Dashboard updates information based on a polling interval set in the Advanced Settings screen in Mercury Administration. By default, this interval is every 15 minutes. |
