Follow Up Delivery Window

The Follow Up Delivery window, accessible when you click the Follow Up Deliveries toolbar button on the Delivery Snapshot Window, displays any orders that you have marked for follow up during the truck return process. By default, the Follow Up Delivery window is maximized when you open it. Orders appear in ascending order by delivery date. You can also sort by zone name and by ticket number.

Each order that requires follow up includes the following information in this window:

Column Description
Delivery Date The delivery date.
Delivery Zone The delvery zone.
Order No The order number.
Customer Name The customer’s name.
Customer’s Phone The customer’s phone number.
Recipient’s Name The recipient’s name.
Recipient’s Address The recipient’s address.
Recipient’s Phone The recipient’s phone number.
Comments Any comments about the order. When comments are added, these are included in the order life cycle for the order (accessible via the Status button on the Order Entry or Point of Sale window for the order).
