Below is the link for the Mercury Connect Setup Questionnaire. This questionnaire is hosted by Google. The site is secured (as identified by the lock symbol next to the link). Access to the information you provide in this questionnaire is limited only to FTD personnel responsible for the setup of Mercury Connect. FTD will not release this information to any third party, nor will FTD use this information for any purpose other than the setup of Mercury Connect.
The information we will be asking you for is basic shop information, for example, Shop Code, Shop Name, Address and Phone Number. We will also be asking you for your current sales tax rate and what you charge for your Delivery and Relay fees. This information will be used in the initial configuration of your Mercury Connect system that is done by the Setup Team. This will allow you to start using Mercury Connect more quickly once your system is up and running.
