Mercury Connect Setup Questionnaire

Below is the link for the Mercury Connect Setup Questionnaire. This questionnaire is hosted by Google. The site is secured (as identified by the lock symbol next to the link). Access to the information you provide in this questionnaire is limited only to FTD personnel responsible for the setup of Mercury Connect. FTD will not release this information to any third party, nor will FTD use this information for any purpose other than the setup of Mercury Connect.
In the questionnaire, you will be asked for basic shop information, such as your ship code, shop name, address, and phone number. You will also be asked to provide your current sales tax rate and what you charge for delivery and relay fees. This information will then be used by the Mercury Connect Setup Team for initial configuration of your Mercury Connect system.
