From the Create Zone window, you can create, view, modify, and delete delivery zones.

  1. Access the Create Zone window by clicking the Zones button in the toolbar or by navigating to Zone Management > Zones menu.
  2. Click Create Zone.
  3. Enter a value in the Zone Name field.
  4. Optionally, enter the delivery charges for the zone in the Delivery Charges field.

The Zone Address section appears on the right side of the window.
  8. Enter the address information for the zone in the Street, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, and Country fields.
Note: Only the Street and ZIP/Postal Code fields are required. All other fields are optional.
  9. Click Save.
The zone is created and saved.
  10. Click Escape or X to leave the Create Zone window.

  • The Street and ZIP/Postal Code fields are not completed. The following error message appears: “Street/zip postal code of the address cannot be empty. Please enter the street/zip/postal code.”
  • The address you entered cannot be verified. The following error message appears: “Address verification failed to verify the zone address. Do you want to continue with the unverified address?” Selecting Yes will create the zone using the unverified address. Selecting No will return you to the Create Zone window.
