Confirming Orders in FTD Mercury Mobile

This information applies to functionality for FTD Mercury X3 and later.
You can confirm orders in several different ways in FTD Mercury Mobile:
- By entering in the order number via the Mark Order Delivered screen
- By drilling down to the order via the Dashboard
- From the Route Details screen if you are using FTD Mercury X4 or later and Mercury Delivery
- From the Order Detail screen for an individual order if you are using FTD Mercury X4 or later and Mercury Delivery
Confirming Orders from the Delivery Confirmation Screen
If you want to confirm orders just based on order number, you can use the Delivery Confirmation screen in FTD Mercury Mobile. To confirm orders from the Mark Order Delivered screen:
- Launch the FTD Mercury Mobile application.
- Tap the Confirm button on the toolbar.
- In the Order # field, enter the order number you want to confirm.
- If there were multiple tickets on the order, enter/select the ticket number.
- Tap Send.
Confirming Orders from the Undelivered Orders Screen
You can also confirm orders via the Undelivered Orders screen from the Dashboard.
To confirm orders from the Undelivered Orders screen:
- Launch FTD Mercury Mobile.
- Tap the Dashboard icon on the toolbar.
- Tap the Undelivered Orders button.
- On the Undelivered Orders screen, tap the check box for the order(s) you want to confirm. (Tap the check box in the header to select all orders.)
- Tap the recipient name for any order to view details of any undelivered order.
- Click Confirm to confirm delivery of the order(s).
