Mercury Delivery’s mapping and routing functionality enables you to create delivery zones for orders entered in Order Entry or Point of Sale and then create delivery routes for the orders. You can then optimize routes; mark orders as on the truck, delivered or not delivered; re-route undelivered orders; print delivery report; and more. Microsoft MapPoint must be installed to use Mercury Delivery.

Opening Mercury Delivery

To access the Mercury Delivery application if you are already logged into FTD Mercury: On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click Delivery. The Delivery Snapshot window opens.

To access the Mercury Delivery application outside of FTD Mercury:

  1. Double-click the Mercury Delivery icon on your desktop.
  2. Enter your employee login name and password into the appropriate fields and click Login. The Delivery Snapshot window opens.
