Business Snapshot reports give you an immediate analysis of what is going on in your business for a given day or date range. For example, you could generate the Business Snapshot report in the morning to see how heavy your delivery schedule for the day will be. You can also get an idea of your staffing needs throughout a day by tracking various types of sales by hour.
Since Business Snapshot reports include cancelled, pending, and incomplete sales, the information in Business Snapshot should not be used to balance completed sales. For balancing purposes, use the Sales Summary Report.
