NOTE: Mercury Connect training videos are provided both as streaming Adobe Flash files and as Windows Media movies. The Flash files are lower-resolution and smaller, but stream immediately in your browser (once you have downloaded the current version of Flash Player (go to Adobe's Web site and click Get Adobe Flash Player). Windows Media files are higher-quality, larger, and play in Windows Media Player (but may take more time to download).
