Mercury Connect Training Videos (FTD Mercury X2 Fall)

IMPORTANT: This page applies only to Mercury Connect users who have been upgraded to FTD Mercury X2 Fall. You can easily tell if you are using FTD Mercury X2 Fall by looking at the Main Menu; if it is Black & Gold, you're on X2 Fall. If it's Blue, you are still using FTD Mercury X1 in the Mercury Connect environment, and you should look at the videos for that version of FTD Mercury.
Mercury Connect training videos are provided in Adobe Flash, Microsoft Windows Media, and Apple QuickTime formats. Flash videos play inline on the page, but are lower resolution; Windows Media and QuickTime videos are downloaded first, but are higher resolution.
