A service fee can be charged on orders placed on your website.
You can specify if the order is charged:
- By item
- By order
If you are adding a service fee to your site in order to pay the order processing fee that FTD charges, you will want to set the service fee to charge "By item".
You can specify that webgift/dropship items are not charged a service fee. All other orders placed on your site will have the service fee added.
Florists Online Support must activate or change the service fee for your website. Contact Florists Online Support at either 800-576-6721 or floristsonline@ftdi.com
