The By Personal Accounts report will show you which of your customers have set up an account on your website.

Customers can set-up an account when they place orders as well as when they visit your site.

Because the customer has set up an account with you on your site, they are giving you permission to contact them.

This is a FREE way to obtain information about your customers so that you can contact them about specials, promotions, updates, and events that you might have.

In order to run this report:

  • Login to Web Portal and click on Reports at the top
  • On the left, click on Marketing Reports
  • In the center, select By Personal Accounts
  • Input the date range for the report. There is no limit to the date range. You can run this report for as far back as you would like
  • Input an e-mail address for the report to be sent to
  • Click Fetch Report


You will receive a report at the e-mail address that you have input. The report will include the customers name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and the number of orders that they have placed.
