When you are finished using Event Planner, you should log out of it and close the window. If you do not, any actions taken in Event Planner will be done under your login credentials and tracked in Event Life Cycle.

To log out of Event Planner:

  1. Click the Log Out link at the upper right corner of any Event Planner screen.
  2. When you return to the Login screen, you can close the Event Planner window by clicking the red X at the upper right of the window.

If desired, you can minimize the Event Planner window to allow you to switch back to FTD Mercury without exiting the Event Planner.
