During the design phase, you can easily view the picture and recipe for items that you are designing.
To view pictures and recipes of products in design:
- On the FTD Mercury Main Menu, click Designer. The Design Center Window opens.
- Enter criteria to locate the order you are designing. You can also use a bar code scanner, if available, to scan an invoice. Scanning the invoice uses the order number to locate the order. Click Search.
- In a ticket in the results list, click the small button in the Product Code column. The Product Entry window for the product opens with a picture of the product and the product recipe.
