Logging in to Mercury Cloud as an Admin or Manager

You can log in to Mercury Cloud as an Admin or Manager. During your initial login, you’ll log in with your FTD-supplied password and will then change your password and set your security questions.

Logging in for the first time

  1. In your FTD-associated email account, navigate to the email with your Mercury Cloud access.
  2. Click the link in the email to be redirected to Mercury Cloud.
    Note: If it’s been over 24 hours since the email was received, you’ll need to contact MTAC support for a new link to Mercury Cloud. Links expire after 24 hours.
  3. Type your account ID in the Account ID field.
  4. Type your user ID in the User ID field.
  5. Click Log In to set a new password and set your security questions.
  6. Type your new password in the Enter New Password field. Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and a maximum of 20 characters. They must also contain at least one number and one uppercase character.
  7. Retype your new password in the Verify New Password field.
  8. Click Proceed to set your new password.
    Tip: If you’re not ready to set your new password, click Cancel to return to the Mercury Cloud login page.
  9. Select three security questions from the dropdowns.
  10. Type your security question answers in the Answer fields.
  11. Click Proceed to set your security questions and answers. You’ll be automatically logged in to Mercury Cloud.
    Tip: If you’re not ready to set your security questions and answers, click Cancel to return to the Mercury Cloud login page.


Logging in after you’ve set up your account

  1. Navigate to Mercury Cloud.
  2. Type your account ID in the Account ID field.
  3. Type your user ID in the User ID field.
  4. Type your Mercury Cloud password in the Password field.
  5. Click Log In.
