Postcards
FTD has created postcards for your use. These can be edited, printed, and mailed to your customers. You can also attach these to orders, ask business partners to hand them out, or display in your store.
Current available postcards:
- Valentine's Day postcard featuring FTD Codified items.
- Valentine's Day postcard featuring additional Valentine's Day items.
- Valentine's Day postcard featuring WebGift items.
- Mother's Day postcard featuring FTD Codified items.
- Mother's Day postcard featuring additional Valentine's Day items.
- Mother's Day postcard featuring WebGift items.
In order to use these postcards and mail them to customers:
- Open the PDF document and fill in your shop name, address, phone number, and domain in the specified area(s)
- Email the PDF file to your local printer
- Add your customer's name and address
- Add correct postage and mail
Create labels to mail postcards to your customers:
- Login to Web Portal(www.myftdsite.com)
- Select the Reports tab at the top
- Select Marketing Reports on the left
- Choose either By Personal Accounts (customers that have created an account online) or By Orders (customers that have placed an order online)
- Select your date range
- Input your e-mail address and click Submit
- You will receive an excel file with your customers information; save this excel file to your computer
- Complete a mail merge in Word to create and print your mailing labels

To offer your customer(s) a discount if they visit your website, use the AdSlicks below. Be sure to input your shop name, your website address, the discount amount, and the code that the customer will need to use in order to obtain the discount.
