Editing an Order from History

In some cases, you may be able to make price, payment, recipient, and/or card changes on an order. Please refer to the following grid for guidelines regarding when you can modify cost and payment information on a ticket. If the ticket included a Mercury Order, it may not be changed without sending and ASK message to get permission from the other florist. If you are unable to change the order, you must issue a credit memo to the customer’s house account, or issue a credit card refund.
