Editing Saved (Incomplete) Routes

If you saved a route to complete later, you can open it back up to complete it by clicking the Saved Routes toolbar button on the Delivery Snapshot window. The Select Saved Routes window opens, allowing you to select the saved route you want to edit.

To edit a saved (incomplete) route:

  1. On the Delivery Snapshot window, click the Saved Routes button on the toolbar. The Select Saved Routes window opens.
  2. If the route you want to edit does not display by default, enter additional criteria to locate the route.
  3. Ensure the check box to the left of the route name is selected for the route you want to edit (and the box is cleared for all other routes) and click Modify Route. The Saved Routes window opens.
  4. Edit the route as necessary and click Complete when you are finished. You will be able to complete the route as you would any other route you create.
Image:NoteIcon.pngIf a recipient address has not been verified, you receive the following message when accessing the orders on the Saved Routes window: “The following orders are not added to the map because they contain invalid address” (followed by the order numbers). You can add orders with unverified addresses to the delivery route, however they are not placed on the map and are not included in the driving instructions.
