You can send and receive FTD notifications from within Mercury Direct Plus. Messages are automatically received during each polling cycle. You can also trigger notifications to be sent and received immediately.
To immediately send and receive FTD Notifications:
From the bottom of the Mercury Direct Plus main menu, double-click the Transmit Now icon (the double arrows).
Any pending notifications are sent and any incoming notifications are available.
