Checking for Mercury Direct Connectivity

To check for Mercury Direct Connectivity:

  1. On the Mercury Direct Main Menu, click General Message.
  2. You need to send a message to FTD Headquarters. In the Florist Code field, enter 90-5034AA.
  3. In Message Details, set Priority to X – Express.
  4. In Text or Reason, enter “Testing System” and your current time and date. For example, enter:��Testing system, 7:30PM 4/28/2009�
  5. In the Operator field, enter your name.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. When you return to the Mercury Direct Main Menu, click Transmit Now.

You should receive a verified copy in 15 minutes. If you don’t, contact Mercury Support.
