following business hours (listed in Central Time):
Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Saturday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
By General (GEN) Message: To reach support through the Mercury Network, send a General message to 90-5034AA. (See “General Messages” on page 45 for instructions on sending a General message.)
Note There are no transmission charges for sending a General message to the Mercury Technology Assistance Center.
