When sending a Mercury order to a location outside of your delivery area, you must find a filling florist that can deliver the order for you. Florist Search allows you to locate a florist in the town where the order must be delivered.
You can access a Florist Search in two ways:
- Click the Florist Search button in the Mercury Direct Main Menu
- When creating an order, click the magnifying glass icon in the Filling Florist section of the screen
NOTE: You can also access a Florist Search in the General (GEN) message, Adjustment (ADJ) message, and the Forward (FOR) message screens.
When performing a Florist Search, the Florist Search Main Window opens.
