If a customer rejects a proposal, but you aren't ready to delete the event entirely, you can reject the proposal in Event Planner. This changes the status to Rejected, but still enables you to revise the proposal and send it to the customer again.

To reject a proposal in Event Planner:

  1. Use Event Dashboard to locate the event you want to mark as rejected and click on it from the results list. The Event Setup screen opens.
  2. Click the Proposal button. The Proposal screen opens.
  3. Click Reject.
