You use Mercury Administration to enable the Dashboard for each server that you want to monitor. Use the steps below to enable the Dashboard in Mercury Administration.

  1. Log into FTD Mercury.
  2. On the Tools menu, select Mercury Administration.
  3. In Mercury Administration, double-click on the System Folder icon.
  4. Double-click on the Advanced Settings icon.
  5. Select the Monitor Dashboard Events box.
  6. In the Events Polling Interval field, enter the number of minutes you want the Dashboard to wait before it refreshes. This can be from 1 to 15 minutes, although FTD recommends you leave this setting at its default 1 minute interval.
  7. Click Apply to save your changes.

After completing these steps, you must also enable the Dashboard on each terminal where it will be displayed.
