| Zone Name/Address | |
| The zone name. This also contains the pool address if it is a Pool delivery type. | |
| Zone Type | |
| The zone type (either Map, Address, or Postal). | |
| Address/Postal Codes | |
| The street address for the zone (for Address zones) or the ZIP/postal code for the zone (for Postal zones). | |
| City/State | |
| The city and state/province for the zone (for Address zones). | |
| Tax Code | |
| The tax code for the zone. | |
| Del Charge | |
| The delivery charge for the zone. |
