This information applies to functionality for FTD Mercury X3 and later.



You can confirm orders in four different ways in FTD Mercury Mobile:

  • By entering in the order number via the Mark Order Delivered screen
  • By drilling down to the order via the Dashboard
  • By selecting an order and a delivery code in the Route Stop screen
  • By drilling down to the Order Details screen via the Route Stop screen and selecting a delivery code


Confirming Orders from the Delivery Confirmation Screen

If you want to confirm orders just based on order number, you can use the Delivery Confirmation screen in FTD Mercury Mobile. To confirm orders from the Mark Order Delivered screen:

  1. Launch the FTD Mercury Mobile application.
  2. Tap the Confirm button on the toolbar.
  3. In the Order # field, enter the order number you want to confirm.
  4. If there were multiple tickets on the order, enter/select the ticket number.
  5. Tap Send.


Confirming Orders from the Undelivered Orders Screen

You can also confirm orders via the Undelivered Orders screen from the Dashboard.

To confirm orders from the Undelivered Orders screen:

  1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile.
  2. Tap the Dashboard icon on the toolbar.
  3. Tap the Undelivered Orders button.
  4. On the Undelivered Orders screen, tap the check box for the order(s) you want to confirm. (Tap the check box in the header to select all orders.)
  5. Tap the recipient name for any order to view details of any undelivered order.
  6. Click Confirm to confirm delivery of the order(s).


Confirming Orders from the Route Stop Screen

To confirm orders from the Route Stop screen:

  1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile.
  2. Tap the Delivery icon on the toolbar.
  3. If it is not already displayed, tap the Routes radio button to display the Route Overview screen.
  4. Tap the route containing the order you want to confirm.
  5. Check the box next to the order you want to confirm.
  6. From the Delivery Code list, select a delivery code.
  7. Click Send.
