You can confirm orders in two different ways in FTD Mercury Mobile:

Confirming Orders from the Delivery Confirmation Screen

If you want to confirm orders just based on order number, you can use the Delivery Confirmation screen in FTD Mercury Mobile. To confirm orders from the Mark Order Delivered screen:

  1. Launch the FTD Mercury Mobile application.
  2. Tap the Confirm button on the toolbar.
  3. In the Order # field, enter the order number you want to confirm.
  4. If there were multiple tickets on the order, enter/select the ticket number.
  5. Tap Send.

Confirming Orders from the Undelivered Orders Screen

You can also confirm orders via the Undelivered Orders screen from the Dashboard.

To confirm orders from the Undelivered Orders screen:

  1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile.
  2. Tap the Dashboard icon on the toolbar.
  3. Tap the Undelivered Orders button.
  4. On the Undelivered Orders screen, tap the order you want to confirm.
  5. From the order detail, review the information, and then click Confirm.
