- Click Customer Search in the Main Menu and perform a Customer Search.
- Double-click on a name in the list to open the Customer Detail Information window already set up for this customer.
- Click the Order History tab.
By default, orders from all stores display. To view orders only from a particular store, change the store name in the Store Name field and the screen refreshes automatically.
To view detail information for any item in the list, double-click on the item or press the SPACEBAR when the item is highlighted. Click Print Order History to print the list of this customer’s orders. Click Escape to close the window.
