Viewing Delivery Information in FTD Mercury Mobile

This information applies to functionality for FTD Mercury X3 and later.

You can view information about deliveries in FTD Mercury Mobile from the Delivery Snapshot screen. The overview screen provides you a zone-by-zone count of orders for today, and if you drill down further, you can see the status of the orders.

To view delivery information:

  1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile.
  2. Tap the Delivery Snapshot icon on the toolbar.
  3. The Delivery Snapshot screen displays an overview for orders today by zone. If you want to drill down into a zone to see the breakdown by status of orders by that zone, tap that zone name.
