You can view information about deliveries in FTD Mercury Mobile from the Delivery Snapshot screen or the Delivery Routes screen.

Viewing Delivery Information in the Delivery Snapshot Screen

The overview screen provides you a zone-by-zone count of orders for today, and if you drill down further, you can see the status of the orders.

To view delivery information:

1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile.
2. Tap the Delivery Snapshot icon on the toolbar.
3. The Delivery Snapshot screen displays an overview for orders today by zone. If you want to drill down into a zone to see the breakdown by status of orders by that zone, tap that zone name.
   

Viewing Delivery Information in the Delivery Routes Screen

This feature requires FTD Mercury X4 and Mercury Delivery.

Information about deliveries can also be seen on a route-by-route basis from the Delivery Routes screen. If you drill down on individual stops in the route, you can see additional information about each order, including recipient and product information and special instructions.

To view delivery information:

1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile Plus (X4).
2. Tap the Delivery Snapshot icon on the toolbar.
3. Tap the Routes button at the top of the screen.
4. The Delivery Routes screen shows the delivery routes for the currently logged in driver. If you tap on a route, you can see individual stops and then drill down into each order.

Viewing Turn-By-Turn Text Directions and Real-Time Maps

This feature requires FTD Mercury X4 and Mercury Delivery.

For orders accessed from the Delivery Routes screen, turn-by-turn text directions and a real-time map are available from your current location to the recipient.

To view a real-time map:

1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile Plus (X4).
2. Tap the Delivery Snapshot icon on the toolbar.
3. Tap the Routes button at the top of the screen. The Delivery Routes screen shows the delivery routes for the currently logged in driver.
4. Tap the Map icon. The Map screen opens.

To view turn-by-turn text directions:

1. Launch FTD Mercury Mobile Plus (X4).
2. Tap the Delivery Snapshot icon on the toolbar.
3. Tap the Routes button at the top of the screen. The Delivery Routes screen shows the delivery routes for the currently logged in driver.
4. Tap the Map icon. The Map screen opens.
5. Tap the Directions button. The Directions screen opens and displays the estimated travel distance and time above turn-by-turn text directions from the device location to the recipient's address.
