When you send or receive a Mercury order, it will display in your message log and print to your printer automatically. This is Mercury Direct’s way of letting you know that you have sent or received an order.

The following message types will always print to your default printer when they are sent or received by your shop: Answer (ANS), Ask (ASK), Cancel (CAN), Confirmation (CON), Deny (DEN), Forward (FOR), Reject (REJ), FTD orders (FTD), and Teleflora orders (TEL).

The following message types will print to your default printer when they sent by your shop, but you may set your system so that they do not print: Adjustment (ADJ), General (GEN), Received (REC), Resume (RES), Retrieval (RET), and Suspend (SUS).

You can also change printers or printer settings.
