The Offerline is seen only when a customer is searching for a shop at The “Offerline” is located UNDER the shop name.

In order to change the Offerline:

  • Login to Web Portal and click on the Administration Tab at the top
  • On the left, click on Content. This will open the content menu on the left.
  • Under Content on the left, click on Offerline.
  • Input the text that you would like to display to your customer(s). There is a maximum of 40 characters (including spaces).
  • When finished editing, click on “Update”.

Other pieces of information that are listed at are:

  • Shop name
  • Shop Address
  • Sunday Delivery - Add store hours for Sunday to your site to see this symbol added
  • Unique Designs - Add a custom product to your site for this symbol to be added
  • International Delivery - Turn on International Deliveries on your site for this symbol to be added
  • Pick-up - Activate pick-up availability on your site for this symbol to be added
  • 24 Hour Phone Service - Add a 24 hour phone number to your site for this symbol to be added
