Mercury Direct: Facility Search

A Facility Search is used when a customer is sending flowers to a recipient who is located at a hospital, nursing home, or funeral home, and you must locate recipient information for that facility (address, phone number, etc.).
You can access a Facility Search in two ways:
- By clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the Recipient Information area of the Create an Order screen
- By clicking Facility from the Search menu on the Mercury Direct Main Menu
When you access Facility Search, the Facility Search Main Window opens.
