Instructions Prior to April 19, 2011

To log in to Mercury Connect:

  1. Ensure your RSA Secure ID application is open. If not, double-click on the RSA Secure ID icon to start it.
  2. Double-click the Mercury Connect icon. The Mercury Connect Login window opens.
  3. On the RSA Secure ID window, click Copy at the top of the window to copy your passcode.
  4. In the Mercury Connect Login window, right-click in the Passcode field and click Paste.
  5. Click OK. You are prompted for your password.
  6. In the Password field, enter your Mercury Connect password. (This is the password you created when you logged into Mercury Connect.)
  7. When your Mercury Connect Server is displayed, click Login.
  8. If FTD Mercury is not currently running, double-click the FTD Mercury icon and log in.

Instructions After April 19, 2011

Starting on April 19, 2011, you will use a more streamlined procedure for logging in to Mercury Connect. This new procedure no longer requires you to use an RSA SecurID token. Before using this procedure, you must run the RSA Removal Tool.

To log in to Mercury Connect:

  1. Double-click the Mercury Connect icon. The Mercury Connect Login window opens.
  2. When you are prompted for your password, in the Password field, enter your Mercury Connect password. (This is the password you created when you logged into Mercury Connect.)
  3. When your Mercury Connect Server is displayed, click Login.
  4. If FTD Mercury is not currently running, double-click the FTD Mercury icon and log in.
